At a young age, I was extremely fortunate to discover my passion in life...the Baking and Pastry Arts. Practicing these art forms has required commitment, precision, and lots of LOVE!
I began my journey 35+ years ago and I haven't stopped since.
I absolutely love my career! Ah! "La dolcezza" indeed!
My greatest culinary achievements are creating and offering my
clients custom designed, exquisite desserts:
bespoke event cakes, fine chocolates and confections, couture cookies, elaborate dessert tables, and also, personalized private or group baking lessons.
I must give gratitude to my all-loving God for teaching me patience, joy, hardships, and giving me the strength to push on when the early mornings and late nights of creating were almost unbearable.
